Frequently asked questions
What does “unlimited requests” mean?
You may keep as many requests as you want in your queue. We work on one active request at a time unless your package says otherwise.
How quickly will I receive a design?
Most standard requests receive an initial delivery within the turnaround listed for the package. Detailed illustration, logos, and landing pages can require additional time.
How do I submit requests?
After onboarding, you receive a private Trello project board where you can submit requests, attach files, prioritize work, and leave revision notes.
Does the T-shirt plan include printed shirts?
No. It includes the artwork and print-ready design files. Printing, garments, shipping, and printer setup fees are separate.
Can I cancel a monthly subscription?
Monthly plans may be canceled before the next renewal. Work already completed or currently in progress is not refundable.
